This is a simple but profound solution to sleeplessness. It has helped me quite a bit. Though I don’t keep it on another room as I use it as my alarm clock (even though I don’t need it as the chirping of the birds wakes me up in the morning). I resist the urge of checking it when I wake up in the night. If you have to, keep it away from the bed.
